BEYOND GALLERY NORMS
Since opening in January 2016, we have aimed to create an inclusive art destination. Our 1000 square foot gallery showcases our artwork as well as guest artists, and offers an interactive, immersive artistic experience. Exciting News! Starting in February 2025, we are featuring the artwork of renowned artist Delos Van Earl. Known for his large-scale sculptures, paintings and public art installations in Palm Springs and Palm Desert, Van Earl's work adds a distinctive element to our collection.
Van Earl's art is not just about creating aesthetically pleasing objects but involves a deeper dialogue with life. He describes his work as a process of collecting memories and creating a "memory dialogue," suggesting an intimate connection between his art, his personal experiences, and the viewer's interpretation. His work often seeks to challenge and intrigue, pushing him to commit to art as a means of understanding and accepting life more profoundly.
Our goal is to redefine the art gallery by fostering closer connections between artists and art enthusiasts. Our gallery challenges the traditional notion of art spaces as unapproachable, instead creating an interactive environment encouraging genuine exchanges. Our aim is to recognize that beyond the aesthetic experience, art can serve as a bridge connecting people and fostering a sense of community. Central to our vision is Linda’s onsite studio, offering guests a unique glimpse into the creative process. This intimate space allows visitors to witness the making of art firsthand, fostering a deeper appreciation and understanding of the work that shapes our world. While Linda balances creating art with running the gallery, her main engagement tool is the open studio making her available to visitors to collaborate on custom pieces, consult on art and design questions, and share resources relating to the framing and installation of art.
Collaborating with Artists like Delos Van Earl allows visitors to gain richer insights by having the opportunity to engage directly with the artists, allowing them to connect more personally with the artworks and the creative process behind them. This reimagined art space aligns with our vision to move beyond traditional gallery norms, emphasizing interaction, customization, and accessibility and supports our mission to cultivate connections within our communiity making fine art more accessible and engaging for both creators and visitors.
