To initiate a return or exchange, Return the product to the gallery in person or contact us by phone, 760-989-1467 or email, email@example.com. We can assist in shipping the product back to the gallery. Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping and insuring the product during shipping.
- If a product arrives back at the gallery damaged, and has not been insured through the shipper, no exchange or store credit will be issued.
- If a product arrives back at the gallery damaged, and it has been insured, but the shipper refuses to issue a refund, no exchange or store credit will be issued.
