"Melody," a 24" x 24" x 72"H mixed media sculpture celebrating women in music. This striking piece features a female figure with jet-black hair crafted from recording tape. Her reflective, silvery torso adds an ethereal quality, while her dress, a patchwork of musical materials, captivates the eye. The upper dress evokes sheet music, transitioning to vibrant vinyl records arranged in dynamic patterns. Close to her heart are CDs with photos of female singers from different genres and time periods. Holding a microphone, "Melody" embodies musical performance and heritage. Standing on a simple black base, this sculpture harmonizes textures and reflects a rich musical legacy.

Melody is all about music. Her torso is covered in sheet music, skirted by vinyl records. Inside is an homage to female singers from different genres and time periods. LED lights illuminate the inside as well as under the torso.
